After years of surviving toxic relationships and situations, losing myself trying to please people who didn’t deserve me, and playing small to make others comfortable, I hit a breaking point. I didn’t know who I was anymore — I had no voice, no boundaries, no clue how I even got there.

But rock bottom has a funny way of forcing a girl to wake the hell up.

I started doing the work — real, gritty, gut-punch healing. The kind where you ugly cry on the floor at 2 a.m. I stopped running from my pain and started facing it. I rebuilt.
